Just yesterday, I heard that Janet’s mom, Datuk Datin Paduka Ruby Lee, passed away peacefully. I read Janet’s blog and it gave me a sense of calm. Reading someone’s experience sitting by their parent’s deathbed is not as scary or sad as you would’ve imagined. It was actually quite…serene. Knowing that someone you love dearly is leaving for a better place makes you feel peaceful. Dear Aunty Janet, your story and your mom’s life story shed so much light onto others. ‘Our’ world is a happy place because the two of you made us believed so. Thank you so much :)
